You can use most modern IPTV players that support M3U or Xtream Codes, such as TiviMate, IBO Player Pro, Smart IPTV, OTT Navigator, Televizo and XCIPTV. These are independent third-party apps. See the overview of compatible apps.

Yes. On Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) you install a compatible app such as IBO Player Pro straight from your TV's app store. TVs running Android TV or Google TV support even more apps. Follow the Smart TV guide.

Absolutely. Android TV and Google TV (including on Philips, Sony, TCL and Hisense) are ideal: you can choose popular players such as TiviMate, OTT Navigator and Televizo. See the Android TV guide.

Yes. The Fire TV Stick is one of the easiest ways to get started, even on an older TV. Some apps are installed via the Downloader app. The Fire TV guide explains everything step by step.

You usually receive your access details shortly after payment. At busy times it can take a little longer; we keep you updated via WhatsApp or email.

A stable connection matters more than a high peak speed. As a guideline: around 10 Mbps for HD, 20 Mbps for Full HD and 30 Mbps or more for 4K, per screen. An Ethernet cable or good mesh Wi-Fi helps prevent stutters. Also read fixing buffering.

Yes. You can enter your details on another compatible device. Keep in mind that the number of devices watching at the same time depends on your plan. Some apps (such as MAC-address based apps) require a new activation with the app developer on a new device.

No. You pay once per term. Towards the end of your plan, you decide yourself whether to renew.
