Contact and orders: your name, email address, phone number (via WhatsApp), country, device and the content of your messages.
Website use: only with your consent, we collect anonymised statistics about website use via Google Analytics.
2. Why we use this data
To answer your questions, process your order, deliver your access and help you with setup. With your consent, also to improve the website.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or your consent (for analytics cookies).
3. Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers needed to deliver our service (such as email, messaging and payments) or when required by law.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your data under its own privacy policy.
4. Cookies
The website uses no advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are only set after you consent. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site.
5. Retention
We keep your data no longer than needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example for accounting).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. Send your request to contact@tivicode.com.
